• Any manufacturing-related flaw impacting product performance

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain clarity & transparency, warranty does not apply to:

• Normal softening or comfort preference changes over time
• Physical damage: cuts, burns, stains, liquid spill
• Improper use/handling or exposure to moisture
• Mold/odour due to incorrect storage or environment
• Products repaired or altered by non-authorized personnel

Warranty Activation
